Guardian DNS Support Request


Please use the following form for issues with the Help Now Guardian DNS service. This form has a few additional questions that will assist in troubleshooting.

Our normal support business hours are 8:30am to 5pm Monday through Friday. We are closed Saturday, Sunday and on observed holidays. Support requests received after hours are not reviewed until the next business day.

Although it is currently outside normal support business hours, emergency support is always available. Please know that after hours support incidents are billable at emergency rates and you must be authorized to approve emergency billing. If you would like to contact after hours support and are authorized to do so, please call into our normal support number  – 610.590.4695 option 2 – and follow the prompts for after hours support.
