The Right People

The old adage "People are your most important asset" is wrong. People are not your most important asset. The right people are.

Help Our Urban Youth, Donate a Computer

Help Now Consulting announced plans to assist the Brotherly Love Urban Youth Services, located at 5619 Germantown Avenue, 2nd Floor, Phila., PA., to develop and acquire donations for its revitalized Computer Learning Center. Help Now will be Partnering with M.T. Fiore & Associates to help the founder of Brotherly Love Urban Youth Services, Pastor Bryan Robinson, revitalize the after-school facility to provide basic computer instruction.

The new Computer Learning Program will be a center for basic technical development including but not limited to office productivity, learning aides, reference tools, and basic computer training. William Picardi, President of Help Now, stated, "We are pleased to assist Pastor Robinson in his efforts to teach young adults and mentor them in basic technical skills. It is an opportunity for Help Now to give back to the community and we look forward to taking part in the program."

Help Now will not only be donating their efforts to acquire and establish the computer learning center but have agreed to donate their time to Lecture in the Tutorial Series this fall. Pastor Bryan Robinson stated, "It is truly an honor and a blessing to work with Help Now and M.T. Fiore & Associates. The volunteering of their time and effort to help us get PC's and equipment for a new computer learning center can truly effect, enrich and change the lives of the young people in the urban community. Working side by side with these two company's will show our young people that someone does care about their future. This really is a great moment for our community, we are truly blessed."

To donate a computer just call our Client Support Center at 888-HELP 678 and inform us when and where the equipment will be available. We will come pick it up at your convenience. All donations will be considered charitable donations to a registered Non-Profit 5013c. Help Now will provide the appropriate documentation to any clients willing to donate functional PC's, printers, and network devices to Brotherly Love Urban Youth Services.

Help Now’s primary goal is to create, maintain and increase our number of Raving Fan clients.

Onsite versus Remote Support

We asked in our Client Survey, What your preferred method of response to service requests is and received a 60% onsite response. We are pleased that you find our engineers polite and professional (96 and 94 survey scores). However, onsite response delays a solution to the issue and costs significantly more to provide in both down time and cost to deliver for our clients. Imagine if your server hosting a business critical application is not functioning, it is 2PM and you call in a request for onsite support, all our engineers are currently deployed and we inform you we will be onsite tomorrow at 10AM. Your entire business is effected by this issue costing lost productivity and poor client perception. The alternative is you call in and we respond no problem, we will remote in and take a look immediately and then solve the issue with minimal disruption to your business. Responding remotely allows a quick response with a resolution the majority of the time. Saving money and productivity.
